  • Easy Access: Log in to your Safety Track customer portal and open the video download request form.

  • Submit Your Details: Fill out the form with the date, time range (up to 30 minutes per request), vehicle, and camera channel you need footage from.

  • Flat Rate Pricing: Each request is billed at $50 for up to 30 minutes of footage. Need more? Additional time can be added in 30-minute increments.

  • Reliable Fulfillment: Our team will process your request promptly and notify you once your video is ready for download.

It’s a convenient solution that puts control back in your hands—designed to minimize wait times and help you get what you need, when you need it.
