What Does “Partner in Accountability” Really Mean?
It’s a mindset. Not a goal.
When we started this business over 20 years ago, we wanted to help companies overcome recurring challenges, such as lack of employee training, unreliable driving, time clock issues, high insurance premiums, etc. From there, we crafted solutions to address those problems.
However, not all solutions are the same. You must listen to the customer to truly understand what is at the root of the issue or concern. Only then can you start to provide a solution that manages their needs. This is why we have never offered a cookie-cutter solution. Instead, we work closely with our customers to ensure the solution is customized to their unique requirements.
Providing the solution is the easy part. However, it’s the follow-up support and training that’s a true testament to our commitment. That’s where the term “Partners in Accountability” was born from. Too often, we hear that our customer’s old supplier made them feel like nothing more than a number – that they could never get a call back and were locked into a contract with no response and no way out.
Frustration comes from not being heard or feeling like you don’t matter after you have bought the product.
We have never “locked” anyone into a long-term contract. We want our customers to stay with us because they believe in us and our products, not because they don’t have a choice. This means we must work to earn your trust and business each day to ensure your happiness. This is something we have consistently taught and instilled into our staff. We all know that none of us would be here without our customers.
An example of this in action is the story I tell of one of our first accounts. About 30 days after the sale, I returned to their office. They looked at me and said, “What are you doing here?” I told them I wanted to see how things were going and if they had any questions. They were dumbfounded. No one had ever done such a thing.
Could we have been like the others? Sure, but that’s not who we are. We believe in going the extra mile to ensure things are right, and if they are not, we make them right.
Being your “Partner in Accountability” is more than words and we stand by it!
